Book Bloggers

Katie, from Katies Cottage Books posts consistent cozy mystery reviews and features classic movie Fridays.

Kim, at The Caffeinated Reviewer writes reviews on a wide range of reads, but also hosts chats and memes, and provides helpful blogging tips.

If children’s lit is more your speed, Fab Book Reviews is a great resource for alerting parents, readers, and educators to the best new children’s books. I use Michelle’s site often to help wade through the onslaught of illustrated children’s books that are a constant in the library.

Mikaela is the brains behind the Well-Thumbed Reader. A well-read teen with astute observations on Young Adult books, who creates lots of humorous reading-related lists. Mikaela posts erratically, which doesn’t bother me, as do I.

If Mermaids Wore Suspenders is a bit different, but a favorite. Aubrey’s goal is to “disprove the idea that classical music is boring and confusing.” She mashes-up books and music in quirky ways, focusing on the stories both have to tell.
